It sounds like Maria was being helped, but it wasn't fast enough to suit Her Royal Highness. The doctor didn't send over the correct info for her RX, so she blames CVS? Grow up, Maria. I bet if it was YOU behind the person sitting in the drive thru, late for an appt, and someone wasn't being helped ahead of you, you would be steaming mad. The store caters to every customer not just YOU. Why do you think YOU are just so Special?



I used Walgreens for years until they stopped taking my insurance 2 years ago. I'm glad they did. I had problems with the pharmacy not following up with questions about the medication, and their poor customer service practices, which was basically taking care of the "Maria's" in the drive thru no matter how long it took, or how many people were waiting. I actually left one time and came back the next day, because the person in front of me had sat there arguing with the clerk in the window for over 15 minutes.



I'm glad they don't take my insurance any longer. I've been treated very well by CVS, and have never had to wait more than a few minutes for anything, and when I did, they apologized profusely for the wait. I give them 4 stars.
