good to deal , they charge for check up but is apply to the repair , my total was $135 , i took my tv to a different place and i was told $150 to fix then they call me back saying that it would cost me 350 to get it repair , i say no , then i took my tv to city electronics they told me that they charge $35 to check the unit and when they call with the estimate , they apply the 35 to the total , total cost to fix my unit $135 , no bs thank u

technician was very nice and professional ~ my only complaint was that they quoted us $85 for the part and it ended up being $110. I hired them based on the face that we could get the job done for under $300 but in the end it was $334.80. I understand the store doesn't make much money on the part, but I paid $200 in labor for a 1/2 hour job so I knew they were going to make money off me regardless. I would tell them that you will ONLY pay the price they quote you.

I had a very good experience with these guys. The technician was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone and came well prepared which helped finish the job well ahead of time. In the process, he found some unexpected mess when he opened the TV and cleaned/fixed it without any hassle. I would highly recommend these guys.
