In operation for more than 25 years, the Christian Child Development Center is a weekday educational ministry program that serves students in prekindergarten and kindergarten. It offers enrichment classes in music, physical education and chapel. The center maintains a library and media center that features a collection of books and reference and instructional materials. It also conducts classes in social studies and science. The center organizes several playground activities and indoor play sessions, including running, climbing, peddling, and kicking, throwing and bouncing balls. It conducts field trips to various educational and cultural locations. Located in Lewisville, Texas, the Christian Child Development Center is a part of the First United Methodist Church, which offers spiritual and prayer services.
