Went through the drive thru at Burger King Main Street in Lewisville and the girl taking my order Ciara/Noel seem to have gotten irritated that I wasn't sure which sandwich i wanted. She closed out my order and gave me my total while I was still speaking. I wasn't quite sure that she was being rude until I got to the window and she ignored me when I tried to tell her I was not done ordering. I parked my car and went inside where I was greeted with more rudeness from the assistant manager Noel. Very unpleasant experience. My experience with this restaurant is never pleasant. If hey are not making you wait for long periods of time in the drive thru, they are being verbally short/rude. My decision? I choose where I spend my $ and this Burger King won't be getting anymore of mine!!!! It is sad where some companies have taken customer service.
