Dr Grey has been treating my fur babies for years and always treats them like they were his own! He has a great balance between natural remedies and pharma when needed. He is trusted 100%!

Dr Grey and his staff are the most caring staff I have ever ran into. Dr Grey sets the mood for his staff in caring for even a feral baby kitten who is dying by giving it a shot to put it out of its misery. Thank you Dr Grey for viewing it as an emergency and treating it with humanity and dignity. We love you and your staff.

I took my Golden Retriever to Dr. Gray for the first time today after not being very satisfied with the service and competency with our previous vet clinic. I didn't realize just how inferior the care was at our old clinic until Dr. Gray and his entire staff showed me how good it COULD be. They were all very polite and courteous, showed a genuine interest and concern over my dog's well-being, and didn't kick us out the door as soon as we paid our bill. In fact, Dr. Gray spent a significant amount of time actually LISTENING to me describe the symptoms and potential etiology behind them. He obviously WANTED to find out what might be going on with my dog. Now to 'respond' to negative reviews I've read alleging that this clinic over-charges and/or runs unnecessary expensive tests, I say bull. I've worked in clinics and have been to over a dozen with different animals over the years. Their prices are VERY fair. I've paid a lot more and gotten far worse service elsewhere.

I would not take my dog to any other vet, he is great with animals. He has a wonderful staff and I would not board my dog anywhere else.

Dr. Gray was recommended to me by a couple of friends when my senior cat became ill. Now I can't imagine going to any other vet. Dr. Gray has a great bedside manner, is patient, answers all my questions, and is very good with my cat. Highly recommended.

Dr. Gray provides sensitive and pragmatic advice for owners seeking care for their pets. He takes the time to explain the the implications of each option for action as well as taking action. I have been taking my animals to Dr. Gray for well over a decade and have been well pleased with every visit with him.

Timber Valley Pet Hospital has excellent service! The staff is fantastic. We have 3 labrador retrievers. 16 yr old female (yes, 16), 4 year old male, and a 2 year old female that just had 10 puppies. Dr. Gray is very patient and answers ALL of our questions. I never feel rushed. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything. We've been in his office for routine checkups and emergencies and every time we have received follow up calls to make sure our four legged family members are doing well. We LOVE Timber Valley Pet Hospital!

This vet hospital was recommended to me by a neighbor. My adopted dog was abused by her previous owner, and was very scared of men. The first time I brought her in, the doctor came in and she crawled under the bench. He came and sat down on the bench, and as he was talking to me, he put his hand out and she sniffed him and got a bit mre comfortable. He doesn't come into the room now, unless necessary, he'll stand in the doorway to talk to me, because he relizes that she's nervous and afraid. I think the longest I've ever waited in the waiting room was 10 minutes.

Reasonable service. May want to consider an alternate location for boarding your pet if extended stay.

The office staff is very friendly and professional. I thought the services were reasonably priced and they have convenient hours (open after 5 on certain days and open on Saturday). The wait time is generally very reasonable -- the longest I have ever had to wait was 30 minutes and that was a last-minute Saturday appointment.
