He had our TV for over a year, I think he was guessing. He kept telling us something was wrong, we gave him the money. It still didn't work, lets replace this, and that, etc. Took it home, still didn't work, so he came back to get it it. Hundred's of dollars more...now maybe it's the picture tube?? He is not to be trusted, check BBB.

WOW, they still do that...

WOW, they still do that in this day and age. They actually come out to your home to repair your television. AMAZING!!

I'm glad to see that customer service is still alive and well and functioning in PENN.
