Provided by SuperpagesWhile Dr. Carter's bedside manner and all other aspects of the care he gave my mother was excellent, the fact that he had not bothered to read her previous general practice Dr charts about her high blood pressure [on going life time] upset me. She died of strokes during the course of her chemo.
