Just got our pool installed by Brothers Pools and we are very satisfied !!They answered all my questions and worked very hard on getting us up and running , Josh,Nate and Michael were very friendly and it looks great , Thanks guys , I will definitely spread the word ... 👍🏻

Received a quote via phone call from this business to replace a pool liner. Took 2 weeks just to have samples (pictures) e-mailed to us. Asked for the quote to be e-mailed to us and the owner said he could only do it in a letterhead. Went 3 weeks now still no quote. Poor customer service. In the meantime, during us patiently waiting for a simple quote we received a phone call from them asking for us to meet them on their way to Harrisburg to pick up our pool liner. "WE NEVER ORDERED A POOL LINER". So unprofessional, but funny. After the 3 weeks of waiting, I called and asked their secretary why so long that we didn't receive our "letterhead" quote. Then the clown owner calls back screaming (again professional--=NOT) over the phone since I told his secretary we are not happy with Brothers customer service and the time frame just to receive a hard copy of a quote.
