Hi, I bought an ames hose reel several yrs. ago. Had two separate incidents were I needed parts. Called the company, and was willing to pay for them, because I loved the reel. I was surprised both times to receive the parts- NO CHARGE !!! I highly recommend buying there products, they stand behind them !!!! 5 star rating!!!
