Whether in the state of Texas, or the state of Maine, Barbeque is serious business. Here at DJ'S, our goal is to produce the Best BBQ North of Dallas right here in the state of Maine. With our roots deep in Central Texas, we learned what BBQ was all about at an early age. OK, we didn't realize how much work went into producing it, but, we did learn what BBQ is supposed to taste like and we strive to deliver that taste to you. That taste makes night's spent "sleeping" at the Pit, continuously adding a split or two to the fire, both satisfying and gratifying. We take Great Pride in what we serve, cut no corners, and are always striving to improve. Maybe that's why DJ'S was picked by the Lewiston Sun Journals "Eats" critic as Lewiston Auburn's Best overall Barbecue.
