I bought a used hot tub from my neighbor last fall. It ran for a couple months and then one of the pumps crapped out. When I first called SCI they were there within a couple days, gave me an estimate and we decided to wait to fix it. This spring I ordered the parts and thought I'd do it myself - then changed my mind. When I called to have them come do it they got me on the schedule and were very prompt and efficient to get everything done. After it was full there were still a couple minor leaks - they came back and fixed them at no charge. Anytime I need anything (filters, cleaners, chemicals) I just call and they deliver them right to my door on their next visit up. Overall, I'd recommend SCI if you own a spa and need it serviced! When we sell our current house we intend on leaving the spa there - and will contact SCI to order and deliver the new spa at whatever our new house is.

We purchased a Sundance Spa through another store. That store lost the servicing contract which went to SCI. We tried to get their help - took several calls - several trips - and an unexpected "trip charge" to fix our fully covered spa. He threatened me months ago that if I didn't want to pay the trip charge - they would never work on my tub again. Today he called and said that instead of dropping it - he would send me to collections. He complained today that Sundance only pays them $60 for a warranty trip and they can't make any money that way . . . so they have to try to get more from warranty customers. Is that the kind of service you want? AVOID SCI

As it turns out, dads hot tub was ordered from a different store and is a different brand. Ok, sorry folks

Ok, these guys came through. Found out our new tub was backordered and they will deliver soon. Frustrating, but all worked out.

These guys are horrible!!'. Oh my god, my dad has been waiting forMonths on a part, they ordered him the wrong tub, and now these guys are giving me the run around on a repair. Down two weeks now and no hot tub. I will be calling Jacuzzi and letting them know their reps are just plain clueless.
