Several negative experiences with the Norco in Lewiston, on Main St. I would never go back for assistance with my cpap. Refused to look at my card to see if it was working properly when I thought there were issues. Refused to do a home visit, the DAY I came home from the ICU as I was struggling to get the oxygen to work, going through my cpap. Serious issues causing me to end up at the Mayo in MN....and the first thing the docs there said...YOUR CPAP!!!! I will ALWAYS go to Moscow to have my cpap checked, to order new parts, to ask questions. Not sure anyone in Lewiston at Norco, has a clue.... Not even one star.....but you have to click to move forward!
