Shoddy work on landscape rock planter

Definitive Landscape designed and built a rock planter for a cost of $2200. Within 2 weeks, the rocks started to fall apart and was unstable. When I asked Sean (owner) to come back and fix it properly before it fell apart entirely, he would only do it if I paid for the labor which apparently was going to be anywhere from 4 hrs to a day and a half. Different each time we spoke. I would not recommend - over priced, poor quality, and poor customer service.
