They cheated me out of 4,040 dollars. They recorded a payoff on my trade in that did not exist. That is fraud and I did not catch it at the tine I signed the contract. My Buick Lacrosse sounds like the drivers side back door is open they couldn't fix it in four tries. Not only are they crooks their service department cannot repair your car.

When you look at the website for Lyons Chevrolet, you see they are “family owned”. That gave me a sense of confidence that they would care about MY family. Nothing could have been further from the truth.



I traded my Jeep in for a Ford F250 Diesel. That was my 2nd mistake. It would die while driving. Even the owner told me this was dangerous. He did say they would trade me out of it and “treat me right” since I had bought the vehicle 30 days prior. “Treating me right” included Mark Wright, a salesman selling 2 trucks out from under me and allowing me $3899 LESS than I paid when we were able to find a vehicle that met my family’s needs.



While this is a family owned operation, the father, Richard, has delegated or possibly passed the torch to the son, Zack who doesn’t seem to understand the concept of “treating me right” or taking pride in one’s family name.

Don't buy from here bought 4 new tires one has obvious defect and they want me to pay for another tire and not warranty

This was the friendliest, most honest and helpful place I have ever went and bought a car. I would highly reccomend anyone to go here if you were considering buying a car. Kyle Shumate was the best salesman I have ever dealt with.
