I had a bad experience on my most recent visit to Kenneth's Hair Salons & Day Spas. My appointment was changed from one massage therapist to another without my knowledge or consent. I was not notified of this change, and I was furious because I did not learn of the change until I arrived at the salon.



Since my visit, I have been contacted via both phone and e-mail by the Operations Manager at Kenneth's Corporate Headquarters. I was very pleased with her responsiveness and willingness to take responsibility for a bad situation. Despite my negativity, she reached out to me and made me feel so much better about the situation. Because of her wonderful customer service, I will remain a Kenneth's client.
