Provided by YP.comI had an issue with my phone after purchasing. The customer service is the worst. I ended up going through Verizon customer service to get my new phone. This store is ONLY set up for purchasing, if you have a problem they are NOT willing to help in any way!!!!!! Find another store if you want any satisfactory customer service.
