This is the first time I ever had to tell a contractor of any kind NOT to be so responsive. I called at 8:00 AM and spoke with Cindy. She took the information and told me that Will, the service manager, will call me back soon. (I have heard that before from most contractors and I always ended up having to call them back later). However, this time at 8:30 Will called me and said he would be at my rental property by 9:30. I could not be there until 10:30, so I had to ask him to delay his arrival at my house. I have NEVER had to say something like that before to any contractor. Normally, I am at the house waiting for them to show up. At 10:30 sharp Will was at the house and diagnosed the problem. The very next day Chris showed up at the house with all the tools and equipment to repair the electrical problem. Not only was the entire staff at Shore Electric prompt, but they were personable and knowledgeable. I hope I don't have any more electrical problems, but if I do you can bet that the first and only call I will make is to Shore Electric.

I own 10 different properties, as a result I have dealt with many different contractors over the years, and you can trust me when I say that working with Shore Electric will be one of the most positive experiences you will have.
