Not the smartest folks here. I asked if they could put my spare on and I would leave my flat tire to be changed. I was late for work. Nope. Putting the spare on would take more than two hours. (!) Could I do it myself, using there jack? Nope. Too much liability. Don't go here unless you have a full day to waste. Awful.

If I could give Mr. Tire in Lewes, DE zero stars I would!

I went there in the morning to have my oil changed. The twerp with the glasses behind the counter told me he would get my vehicle up on the lift in 25 minutes. I was 2nd in line. He told me they would call me when my truck was done and I even confirmed that he had the correct phone number on the work order.

2:00 pm rolls around and still no call from these people, so I called them and asked if my vehicle was ready. "It should be ready in 15 minutes. We'll call you as soon as it's ready", the guy tells me. I wait half an hour and still no call so I finally get a ride to Mr. Tire. When I arrive, I notice that my vehicle is still parked in the same exact spot it was when I dropped it off.

When I walk inside and ask if my vehicle is done, the guy tells me that there was another vehicle similar to mine and THAT is the vehicle that was almost done when I called. He gave me a weak apology and said that he would get my vehicle done right away and call me as soon as it was finished which would be 45 minutes from now. I go back home a bit annoyed.

Forty-five minutes comes and goes. Finally, after an hour and a half, I decide to just get a ride back to Mr. Tire without waiting for the call the four-eyed twerp said he would make as soon as my vehicle would be finished.

Long story short, I asked for a 50% discount since they lied to me three times and had my vehicle there ALL DAY and the best the guy can do is give me $5 off!

Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else! Mr. Tire in Lewes, DE is run like a circus by a bunch of half-witted, poorly trained monkeys. Especially, the four-eyed twerp behind the counter!
