I have been banking with TD Bank for my entire life, but over the past three years the bank has literally gotten worse and worse. The bank has had a physical makeover (Which is astounding) but the point that which I am referring to are the TELLERS on the line. In the past two months when I have come in for either deposits, withdrawals, or account information I have been almost badgered as to how I got the money, why I want my withdrawals in certain denominations, and why I choose the account that I believe best serve my financial needs. (The amounts I deal with are not out of the ordinary and should not be suspect to ask what I am doing with the funds) I have tried to give the tellers downtown the benefit of the doubt but it has come to the point which I would like to know if anyone else has accompanied my experience.

-Maybe they should be a little less chatty talking about my banking as a joke with the other tellers IN FRONT OF ME AND WITH A FULL LINE IN THE BANK!!! If you think doing your job is such a hassle then don't complain in front of the customer, find another job where you don't have to serve peoples financials. ALL IN ALL- 'Americas most loquacious bank'

I like how this bank has so much flexibility in banking hours. The people (so far, at least)are very personable and helpful as well.
