This is the most overpriced place around. I ordered flowers twice now (shame on me) and both times I paid over 50$ and they delivered the smallest arrangement. Beyond that the flowers were half dead and horrible looking. When I called the woman so absolutely rude and belligerent. Never again!

Very rude, very unprofessional! I order for a friend who is battling cancer. When she sent me a picture of them they were not what I ordered so I contacted the flower shop. I was nice did not request a refund just wanted to let them know. These crazy people went to my friends house was very rude and demanded their flowers back! It had nothing to do with her. I was in shock. I have never heard of anything so unprofessional!!! I paid for the flowers and they went and stole them back. You Richards flowers should be ashamed of yourself!
