The two brothers are great to deal with ...they will give you advice rather than sell you something you don't need ..they take the time to help you and if you can't fix it yourself they are very resonable on the home service calls ...any appliance problem I have... first stop Leominster Appliance

Customer Service is not a department it's an attitude. Leominster Appliance Repair Company is a 5 star company. I recently called about having a micro-wave oven re-painted. That is not a service they provide; however, the gentleman stayed on the phone with me giving me suggestion on how I might be able to locate one. This service was provided at 4:55 on Friday when the store was due to close at 5pm. At no time did he sales pitch me to make a purchase. He continued trying to assist me in solving my problem. If I can not locate anyone who does this work, I WILL be purchasing my appliances with them. Footnote: I am not a relative nor do I know anyone who works there.

I love these guys. I have had to go to them a couple of times and they do a great job. They are very professional and are priced competitively.

I had a vintage microwave that needed a door-spring replacement but I couldn't figure out how to get at the broken part. These guys saw my dilema and took it as a personal challenge to replace that spring. They serviced a number of people who needed hard-to-find replacement parts while I was there but they wouldn't give up on me. They used their experience to figure it out and solved the problem. They could have charged me three times what they did and I would have paid gladly. Smart, friendly, and reasonable, their service is first rate all the way.

Good inventory of part for major brands of products. They provide good technical advise to us DIY people
