I just purchased a house I had no heat I checked the oil tank on E (never had oil) I called Fraticelli I explained to the girl who answered the phone what was going on she told me to hang on a min talked to the manager and they came to my house within 30 mins and gave me oil & prime (I think that’s what she called it) This was amazing service I am so happy I called them THANK YOU so much!!

Fraticelli services 3 homes for me. They are always efficient and pleasant on the phone, lightning fast delivery speeds, many calls end with me saying "you guys are the best, thanks!" No complaints here

I've been a customer since 2003 and just recently had an awful experience with Fraticelli. I signed up when I first bought my house so that I could lock in on the 100 gallon FREE deal (10 free gallons per fill.)

Jokes on me.

Just today I got 100 gallons but I did not receive my free 10 gallons like Ann had confirmed the day before. Plus the price we were told was only if we got over 150 which Ann never told us.

I use a wood stove so I have not had my oil tank filled since 2011. This confused Ann at Fraticelli because when I tried telling her I have only used them for oil she basically called me a liar since I hadn't needed to put oil in my for 3 years. It was confirmed that I still was owed 20 free gallons which would mean, logically, that I have had my oil tank filled more than just once in 2011 and 2014.

Shame on you!

Would NEVER do business with this company again! Rude staff, information changes depending on what staff member you're speaking to, and then to be called a liar! Forget them, find a different oil delivery company.

there very friendly and there prices are very good! they always get the oil to you as soon as possible, I think there great!!!!
