They called and bitched me out because my phone wasn't working the other day because of the storm and i wasn't home today when they called to confirm my daughters appointment and said if i didn't call back today before 5 they were gonna cancel her appointment ... Good thing i was home by 4:30!! HER APPOINTMENT ISN'T FOR ANOTHER 4 DAYS!!!! WTF IS WRONG WITH THESE PPL!!

I have had nothing but rude service from these people and they try to charge you for any form you need filled out, records transferred, I was late ONCE and forgot and appointment ONCE and ever since they have been nothing but mean and nasty towards me!! They don't care if your Pregnant and taking care of a one year old and they dont understand if you live and hour away!! Even if you call to tell then your going to be 5 minutes late they will give you an attitude and hang up on you. The receptionist are all rude and Dr. Tracy is the rudest person i have ever met in my life!!! The other Dr. i am seeing now said they can do so much more for me there because for one they didn't tell me i could be treated for a medical condition that can cause cancer and that they should have done something about it there!! They didn't do test for me at Family Medical that they needed to do and they have a lab you have to go to outside of the Dr.s office and you have to come back on another day to get them done... the Dr.s in the office isn't qualified enough to do them at you appointment!! the only place Ive ever seen do that and it confused the hell out of me!! I can't even tell you how many times i have left this Dr.s office in tears!! I even spoke to the manager one day and she apologize for Dr. Tracy's inexcusable behavior towards me!! You don't want to catch her on a bad day and the receptionist all seem like they hate their jobs!!



The only People in this Office that are worth seeing but should find a new place to work before the others drive away all the patients is Midwife Amanda And Dr. Hartman. They were the only Dr.s there that i have seen and haven't been rude to me. Mostly just had problems with Dr. Tracy and ALL Receptionist that have answered the phone when Ive called
