I has been the worst customer service I have ever received in my LIFE! After my cabinets were installed and notice that one of the doors was cracked it took them almost 9 months to get me a new door and that was after I was constantly emailing them. Between those 9 months they had received my door, the installer had it in his truck for who knows how long that it got damaged and they had to reorder another one. When the second door came in tried to arrange for it to be installed and we were at the bottom of the to do list. You would think that after they made the mistake we would be at the top but that was not they case so I finally just told them to drop it off and we would install it my self. Never again would I even consider them

Nelson and his team helped my wife and I create the second bathroom we always wanted. From design to price, the professionals at Dream Kitchens helped us understand all our options. My wife had some real specific ideas in mind and the showroom was full of examples that aligned with our ideas as well as provided us with exciting options. They helped us understand the process, work within our budget and provided us with exceptional support. Most satisfying for us was when our original contractor could not complete the work, Nelson arranged for his team of installers to come in and finish. They worked with our schedule and put in every effort to complete the job by the holidays. Always professional, Nelson made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction and his exacting standards. He even took care of us when a small part on the shower broke a year after the work was completed. A great group, a great store, a great experience.

I visited several different kitchen & bath stores and home centers to find an experienced company to help me with my upcoming remodeling project. We were very particular about the people and the products that we allowed into our home.



After lots of research and comparing of prices, quality and service, Dream Kitchens ended up being the best choice. Their designers were extremely knowledgeable and made lots of good recommendations. The showroom was clean, well organized and full of great displays showing a variety of different styles, quality and colors. They had exactly what I was looking for in cabinetry and countertops.



The best part was that they took care of the entire installation process. They had their own in-house installers, plumber & electrician. We only had to call one person when we had questions. The complete project was completed on time and within the budget we planned on spending.



We would highly recommend Dream Kitchens & Baths to anyone interested in doing any type of home remodeling.
