Took my suv there 2 and a half years ago for a trans that was slipping with 126,000 miles. Went with their recommendations and it cost me $2800. Only 45,000 miles later the trans was a little stiff putting it into neutral. Took it back to be checked out. Was told the pump went. Needed another complete overhaul. Was going to take it elsewhere for 2nd opinion but they already had it tore and apart and little nervous about driving it elsewhere. So $2300 later they rebuilt it again. I have had trans last well over 100,000 miles after a rebuild. All they would say is it is out of warranty. It would have been nice if they offered me some kind of loyalty discount. They have taken( that is how I feel) me for over $5000. There will not be a 3rd time. Or any other car for that matter.
