OMG! So accommodating. I called on a Saturday and they got my Yorkie in on Monday. I dropped him off and when we picked him up he was so soft, smelled amazing and was so handsome. I dropped him off barking and picked him up purring like a kitten. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our Willie. He looks terrific. I recommend Ruffs to everyone.

Their selection was was yard sell quality at best, some of the items looked as if the had been there forever. The rodents were housed in ten gallon tanks which is super unhealthy(it causes life threatening respiratory infections) plus rats, to be specific, require at least 1.5 - 2sq. Foot per rat in a cage. A ten gallon tank is not even adequate for one rat. It also appeared that pine shavings were being used which is a big no-no as the oils that give the shavings their smell are very harmful to rodents. Also if you by a female rodent then do not be surprised if it is pregnant as it looked as if both genders were housed in the same cage. There were some tanks with no toys or hideouts for the habitants. The rodents looked bored and sad. Some of the cages were dirty and not proper of a show room. The woman that spoke to me mentioned feeding rats oranges which cause male rats to develop cancer. I own rats and have done extensive research. Walmart has a better selection of toys and such depending on your pet.
