I had my my roof, gutters, and screen windows done through Roof-Pro after the storm that hit in the Spring of 2011. They did a great job on the roof, and gutters. I had a couple of shingles rise up due to the heat of the summer. A representative was out here within a day to fix the issue. What I am really impressed with is the fact that I had my screens rescreened due to the hail damage by one of their sub contractors. The screens were completed, and I was too lazy to put them up, so they sat ub ny garage for over 9 months. I went to put them up a couple of weeks ago, and noticed that the screen sub contractor built me 9 new frames that did not fit my windows. I contacted the local RoofPro office, and spoke to the manager Andy there, explained my problem, and I asked being as they sat for so long, and they are the wrong size to fit my window. Can we split having the cost, or possibly work something out.

He did not hesitate to tell me to find someone to rescreen the windows, and to submit the invoice to him, and he would take care of it. Not a week went by, and I got a check in the mail.



This is almost a year later, and it wasn't even Roof Pro's work, is was a subcontractor working for Roof Pro, and Roof Pro stood behind their work.



Amazing, there needs to be more companies like Roof Pro

DO NOT TRUST THEM. The original estimate they gave us was no where to be seen after the work was completed. Even after asking several times during the contract signing I was reassured that the price I was to pay was the price on the agreement, I was straight-faced lied to! The invoice they mailed us after the work completed was $10,000 over what we orginally agreed upon. They are just another one of those companies that lie to your face and scam you all the way to the bank! I would highly NOT recommened.
