THE PERSON WHO WROTE THE REVIEW ABOVE WAS PROBALLY ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT GOT EVICTED FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT OR CAUSING TROUBLE! I LIVE IN THE PARK AND IT IS A VERY PEACEFUL PARK. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS!! MAYBE THEY WHERE DIRTY PEOPLE!! THE NEW MANAGER IS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET!! SHE HAS MADE MY STAY IN THE PARK VERY NICE! ANY PROBLEM I HAVE IS DEALT WITH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! THIS PARK HAD A VERY BAD REP AT ONE TIME BUT IT IS NO LONGER A BAD PLACE!! I LOVE LIVING HERE!

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE in Lenoir City in my opinion. Due to financial circumstances my family and I had to reduce our bills so we moved into this trailer park. I saw a few bugs when we went to look at it but had no idea of what we were about to experience. The ROACH INFESTATION was the worst I have ever seen in my life. We tried bombing the unit we rented and killed literally hundreds if not more, from little babies to approx. 2 inch giants. It didn't even make a scratch in their population. Within a few days it was like I had never done it. They would be crawling on our clean dishes, be in our bed while we slept (or at least until one would wake me up crawling on my arm or going across my face), and would make huge nest in various electronics were it stays warm such as the TV's, microwave, and the coffee maker. Since the trailers are just feet apart they would just travel trough the grass between them (you could actually see them under the blades of grass running around). I tried to get the landlord to hire a professional but he refused. I offered to pay half of the expenses even though the problem existed long before we moved in. I did have a pest control company come by to do a free inspection and even he was shocked. He said that even you we were to kill all the bugs in and under the trailer they would just come back in from outside and the other surrounding trailers. He was unsure that even an exterior “barrier treatment” would help due to the sheer numbers. There are many more issues but I'm trying to keep this brief. Other things that need to be mentioned is the fact of registered sexual offenders in and around the area and that some of the other kids in the park (10 to 13yr olds) tried to MAKE one of my kids do drugs. Now they have a new manager (not to mention names) and she is absolutely a horrible nightmare of a person to deal with. I finally got a good paying job and got us out of there. If I would have known about all this stuff prior to moving in I would not have done so. I know it sounds like I’m trying to get some kind of revenge or settle a personal vendetta but that’s not the case. I just feel like I need to get this kind of information out there in hopes to warn others that care about their family's well being. Moving is always fairly expensive not to mention a real pain. To sum it up, YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE THERE; especially if you HAVE children and DO NOT own a gun. Though my review is based on facts it is still just an opinion.
