I have went here several years, I make appointments but seldom am I took at my appointed time. I walk in and a woman is getting her hair touched up (hair color). I know about how long that takes, been there and done that. I think I know the reason, they get this done let it stay on for however long it takes and then take just a haircut , 2 in one deal kinda and Usually I sit waiting at least 30 minutes. I have went in and my hair stylist working on lady's hair, there are 3 of us waiting on her. I asked the other two, Are you a walk- in or appointment ? There was one for each, when she gets done with this lady, tells one that needs retouched dye job come on up and looks at me and said this will just take a minute, more like around 45 minutes and then ready for me. There has to be places out there willing to cut your hair and keep appointments, I have just got to find one ! ����☎✂

I made an appointment rather than walking in because I needed several time-consuming processes to occur (corrective color/cut/blow dry). I was a few minutes early, but was taken to a chair right away. My stylist, a wonderful woman named Shawntay, listened carefully, made pertinent suggestions, and did a spectacular job! I couldn't be more pleased. The atmosphere was very professional and all the employees were pleasant. From what I saw, everyone who walked out of there had a big smile. Good job, folks!
