I love this place! Very Clean and super friendly staff!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! This place is SHADY and very crooked. The place looks nice and the staff is very friendly but they will rob you with a smile. I was between doctors. Something I've only experienced three times since 2001. Not knowing how long it would take me to find a dr and hurting I took a few medicines from a old left over prescription. Called this place and got a appointment WAY faster then I ever imagined. Went and everything seemed outstanding. Granted the dr cut my dose in half but something I was willing to live with to have such a nice, clean dr office with such nice staff. Well my daughter had a real bad bike accident. We was in Children's hospital a week. She fractured her skull. Over a month later and my 8 year old baby girl is still having serious medical issues. Not wanting to leave my baby at the hospital I just put my appointment off. What DECENT HUMAN BEING wouldn't understand this! Those blue couch beds in Children's hospital hurt and I mean they hurt BAD. So I ended up needing to take my meds pretty much as prescribed. Remember my dose was changed divided in half so I was already struggling. Since nothing was said before I just took some of my old left over prescription my dr in Texas gave me when I moved here to give me time to find a dr. I didn't even think it was a narcotic to be honest. He gave it to me with my other meds at the time and told me take these with you and you will have them if you have trouble finding a dr. Turns out it's some suboxone medicine that in Tennessee y'all have special clinics for. In Texas you go to pain clinic for this meds. This place took my $250 to tell me I was discharged even after knowing I had a horrid tragedy involving my child. What I was going thru was a special circumstance. I was robbed out of $250. Never did I get my dr visit. The dr never came in I was never triaged NOTHING! Just handed a BS prescription and robbed. I told her I had a old prescription, offered to get the discharge papers from my baby getting hurt and even offered to show her a pick of my babies head split open. NO HUMAN EMOTION! NONE!!! Just robbed!!! Who could do this? What kind of human? Only a soulless cowardice con man could do this. The dr wouldn't even face me. I didn't get what I paid for. In the morning Im calling my credit card company, visa, MasterCard, Tenncare, DEA, and the medical board. Then I'm taking them to civil court for the money back. How can you charge me for a dr visit but never see the dr. Never get triaged nothing. When she started lying I started recording on my phone when she wouldn't look at my girl. You can see and hear her saying I did get the dr visit and me saying but no one touched me and the dr didn't come in here. She is arguing I did see the dr and I'm saying how he never came in here. Then she says "your getting these scripts, these meds will help you, this is your visit" WHAT! The whole time im saying but my baby I don't have money for this why didn't you send me a letter if I did something wrong last month I did nothing different. They took my money to tell me I was discharged PERIOD! Sorry excuse of human beings! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!! Heartless
