I agree with jesse-whit. We too have had the same problem. We also have problems with getting all the way to the interstate and realize our order is wrong (i.e. something missing, no lemon in the tea, etc). Just today my husband and I dropped by the drive through at lunch and the guy handing us our food asked us something and neither of us could understand what he said, so we just said thank you and drove away. It sounded to me like "Keyup?" Maybe it was ketchup-who knows. My husband thought he said thanks. Of course he is partially deaf. It does take way too long to get your food, and with gas prices being so high, you certainly can't visit McDonalds drive through very often, what with the long wait, and then having to turn around and go back to get the rest of your order. I do however like the new menu items they recently added. Like the southern chicken biscuits and sandwiches. Also, the salads are always fresh. However, Wendy's has a larger salad for the money and they are also fresh and delicious. My favorite is the Micky D's Tea for $1. That alone will make me choose McDonald's over the competitors. Keep working at it McDonald's. You have a nice restuarant with a good location for those of us who need to pick up something on our way to Knoxville. Please keep the dollar menu, especially the Tea, and work on your speed and accuracy, and you will be my #1 place to eat on the go. Also, would you consider adding a steak biscuit to your breakfast menu. Not that nasty thing with onions you called a steak biscuit. I mean the breaded kind. Also, maybe a waffle with fruit, and a frozen yogurt with fruit topping.



P.S. I do believe your coffee is the best I have ever had at a fast food restuarant. Thanks Mickey D!

I feel that this store needs major improvment on the speed of the drive through. I was in there this morning and i had to sit for about 15 mins before i got my food and when i complained i couldnt understand what they said do to them speaking in spanish.
