Great people to work with. Picked up our Craftsman rider, gave it a complete service update and returned it within 6 days. Very nice and knowledgeable people.

I tried calling three days in a row between 1-4 and no one answered any of the days.. That along with the fact that i've scoured the internet and haven't even found 1 good review.. NOT ONE! I have read that it is a cover for other things which makes perfect sense since they obviously do horrible work.

A bill greeted me from this company after returning home from vacation. At first I had no idea what it was concerning, and then after letting my dogs out in the yard, I noticed someone had dug around the deck area, and near the driveway.



Obviously it clicked that some work had been done, proceeded to open the bill for over $400.00. The only problem with this was they installed a secondary meter and fixed some of the pop up spray heads that were covered up after we built our deck, but we didn't ask for this work to be done. I called was was told by someone that they had talked to my husband and he wanted the work done. They were extremely rude and just kept repeating that they had discussed this with my husband. I did call my husband, and he knows 100%, the he had not talked to them at all. The other fishy thing about it is, that we were out of town when the work was done, we barely use our irrigation system because the cost is so ridiculous (the house was built with it already installed), and as far as talking to my husband about it, I am actually the one who takes care of all the house maintenance, so they would not have talked to him!

This has been very frustrating as the person I keep talking to still doen't want to admit that they didn't speak to my husband. What I actually think happened was they just mixed up the houses, but for some reason won't own up to it. After refusing to pay this bill, they are coming to remove everything they installed, and now I am upset because it has made a mess of our lawn! We are hoping to talk to a manager or owner at some point if we can even find out who that is!
