The rooms are wonderful. The customer service however was not. 2 of the 3 front desk staff I dealt with were not only rude but ignorant to their own system. The ONE and only person that was any help to me was someone who was TRAINING and she appeared to know the system better than the assistant manager. I would stay here again because as I said, the room were very nice, housekeeping did a wonderful job. Front desk... needs a few adjusments.
