i went there because thought they would do a good job, but instead the women went to town on myhair. She didnt do anything i said to do and now my hair is too short, all different layers and looks like crap! i called and complained and the manager told there was nothing she could do. i would never recommend this place to anyone BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

I have been a reliable customer for a couple years and always loved the quality and price of my eyebrow waxing this place does, but since they started doing nails I can't ever seem to get my eyebrows waxed. It's only a 3-5 minute job, but for some reason this "walk-ins welcome" place turns me down every time I go in there. I have to say I think they forgot their original purpose for their business. I am now going to another salon. )=
