YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THE RUSH ...

YOU SHOULD NOT GO TO THE RUSH TO WORK OUT! I CANCELLED MY MEMBERSHIP (WITHIN THE THREE DAYS THAT IT STATES YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP). I SIGNED A 3-DAY CANCELLATION FORM ON NOVEMBER 3, 2011. ON THE FORM THAT I SIGNED, IT STATED THAT THEY WOULD RETURN MY MONEY WITHIN 30 DAYS (ALTHOUGH THE GUY ASSURED ME IT NEVER TAKES THAT LONG). MY HUSBAND CALLS TWO WEEKS AGO AND ASKS WHEN WE WILL RECEIVE OUR MONEY. THE GUY TELLS HIM THAT THE CHECK WAS MAILED OUT ON NOVEMBER 11, 2011. THIS WAS ON DECEMBER 2, 2011 AND IT WAS MAILED FROM KNOXVILLE!! SO, I GIVE IT UNTIL TUESDAY JUST TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT LOST IN THE MAIL. I CALL BACK AND TALK TO SOMEONE WHO TELLS ME THAT IT WAS NOT MAILED OUT, IT WAS PROCESSED ON NOVEMBER 11TH BUT IT WAS STILL SITTING ON A LADY'S DESK. SHE SAID SHE WOULD MAKE SURE IT WAS MAILED OUT. THE NEXT DAY I CALL TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS MAILED OUT AND FIND OUT THAT IT WAS NEVER PROCESSED, NEVER MAILED, AND THAT THEY HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE REQUEST FOR REFUND!! HOWEVER, AT THE RUSH YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO MANAGERS, YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL AN ADDRESS TO COMPLAIN. I FINALLY DROP A NAME OF A VP AND ASK TO SPEAK TO HIM DIRECTLY. THE LADY TRANSFERS ME TO HIM AND I TELL HIM WHAT IS GOING ON. HE TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CONTACT ME. FINALLY, I HEAR FROM CINDY WHO TELLS ME THAT SHE HAS MY CHECK IN HER HAND AND SHE IS PUTTING IT IN THE MAIL. THIS WAS ON WEDNESDAY, IT IS NOT SATURDAY AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!! I RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDERS QUICKER THAN THE CHECK I AM SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING FROM THE RUSH IN KNOXVILLE! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
