I hired them to replace my old central heat and air conditioning about 2 or 3 years ago, they replaced ducts and all. Recently we lost a lot of air in our home so I called them they came and charged me 80.00 for a regular service where he spent five min dusting a small panel out. Then he checked my ducts only because there was air loss and told me they needed to be strapped up under my house and there needs to be a moisture barrier. I am not a heat and air person but these are the kinds of things that you would think they would do when a brand new system is installed and if they do not do them during installation you think they would suggest them. When I hire someone I assume they are going to do their job to the fullest and if what I am paying them doesn't cover something that HAS to be done then I make them aware of that and offer to go ahead and do it. So now it is going to cost nearly 1000.00 just to get what is wrong fixed while we all live in the heat until it is done. I have called other people though to come to do the job so that it is done right. Also out of the 5 places that came to give estimates, they all made mention that the unit was manufactured in 2007... when I bought the unit I was told it was brand new and we had to wait a few days for it to be delivered, but they ended up bringing it to me... so I assume it was a used unit or a unit previously purchased and returned. The unit hasn't been a problem. Also they said that he didn't insulate the output section that goes from the unit to my house and so it is cold and allowing the air to escape... which does not help. So for now I am sitting in the heat until my new company I have chosen come to replace my rotten laying on the ground flex pipe.
