Hardly answers the phone. Doesn't tell you ahead of time how much money will be needed to pay. Been twice where they've either been late, or just never showed up. Overall horrible experience.

Cardinal has provide me and my family excellent courteous service for over 2 years now. They have went above and beyond what any cab company has ever done when we've used them while in knoxville. They have delivered groceries and even medicine to us even in bad weather. We would recommend them to everyone!
