I filled my truck up on November 1st 2013 to take my daughter to her regular weekly appointment on the other side of Knoxville TN. My daughter has medical lung problems secondary to Asthma and allergies. I drove to her appointment and when leaving the parking lot my trucks transmission started acting up. My daughter is 7 and we also had my youngest daughter with us who was 1 at the time. We were stranded and we lived in Lenoir city TN. I called a tow truck my youngest was terrified. MONEY MAKERS wrecker service picked us up. On November 1st 2013 I took my car to Advanced Transmission (recommended by money makers). I had to get a family member to pick me up as my daughter had another doctors appointment locally that same day. (She goes to the doctor a lot) So I thought my vehicle would be fixed by now 2-8-14, actually before now. The first week it was there I heard not a word. November 8th 2013, I called I was assured they could fix the problem. I don't have a lot of cash to work with. So I asked him what the best and cheapest way to go is. he said a refurb transmission. So he said he could check on one and call back. I never heard back so I called him. He said he found one and that it would cost me X amount of dollars. So I paid with my credit card, over the phone as I had no car to drive and go pay him. He said the transmission would be delivered on November 11th the following monday because they are not opened on the weekend. (neither place advanced or the place he was getting it from. )

November 12th 2013 I called because I never heard from him .He said the transmission would be in on monday and they should have it in the truck and ready to roll by tuesday. From this point on every time I got on the phone I was told my truck will be ready to go today and then I would 1. get ignored when I called (yes they have caller ID) or 2. get fed full of crap about how they ran into problems (not with my car) and just didn't get it done.



It has been this way through the holidays through new years day. It is now February 8th. 2014 IF you must contact me at trucalling23@charter.net I have nothing to hide I have a Credit card statment for both the tow service and the day I paid him for the transmission .... and my truck is still parked down there. What more proof do you need.
