We had the tank pumped and was supposed to have a clear letter sent to our agent, they sent some photo copied paper that stated that it "seems" to working. We asked for a more professional letter to be sent out, all we got was the run around and told that they can't do anything like that cause lawyers said so. These people are a joke. They are a scam. I paid 400.00 just to have task pumped and a letter of inspection. They pumped the tank but couldn't even give a real inspection letter. Arguing on the phone got nowhere. I would not recommend them to any one. And they were 2 weeks past the scheduled date to be done. Thumbs down for this so called company.

Do Not Recommend. Hired AAA to pump my septic tank for $250. Their truck got stuck in my driveway and could not perform the work. The driver asked to look at the tank, we opened it and we poked around the inlet pipe. Closed it up and he said he might need to charge a "service fee". He called the owner who told him to bill us $150 . So my tank is not pumped, my driveway was ruined, and I'm out $150. We feel scammed.
