Best movers ever! When my old movers couldn't fulfill their obligation, the crew from You Move Me from Lenexa stepped up on short notice. They were prompt, friendly and hard working. They completed the job under the estimate and were careful with all my belongings. Rest assured the next time I move I'm using You Move Me from the start!

We were quoted as 4-5 hours max. They were supposed to move & put back together. Showed up, 1 of the 3 was in the restroom for the first 30 minutes. They didn't have a plan in place. Only 2 could lift at a time, so the 3rd person would stand there. They scuffed up walls & put a good scratch in the wood floor. They asked my wife & daughter to unhook the washer/dryer as that person did not appear to know how. They ran out of blankets & used ours. They were told to take my desk apart to move it. They didn't & dropped it. They stripped the screws out of the piece that connects the two sides & damaged the wood in several places. They scratched the treadmill getting it out. Broke the washer. Scratched the doorway & walls. My wife & daughter had to jump on the truck & help unload as they were already over their time. They did NOT put anything back together. The time ended at 7 & 1/2 hours. WITH my families help. Haven't had any luck with a valid resolution. Waiting on return call.

I hired this company to move me because they were highly recommend by a friend. However I should of used another company or just did it ourselves. The guys tore up my leather furniture then didn't mention anything to me or my husband. I had to find out when putting the pillows and cushions on. When I called the company they said someone would call me back in 2-3 business days. A week went by no one called had to call the again got told the same thing. Finally a guy called got told he could have a furniture repair guy come look at and see if could fix it or credit me $75. I told $75 isn't going to fix it. I have tears and scratches on both the chair and sectional I want someone to come out and fix it. Never heard back called spoke to a girl was told they sent someone out. I told her no one has came. She said someone would call me in 2-3 business days. It's been a week and still nothing. Highly disappointed would never recommend this company.

Zach and Jameson did great they were extremely careful with all of our products wrapped things excellent impact our truck extremely efficient! They practically saved us money the way that they packed.

They were extremely polite and courteous have a great sense of humor worked very hard and move practically our entire three bedroom town home in 2 1/2 hours they made us feel great about the whole process.


It was worth every penny and then some. When I recommend these folks? Absolutely! This company is taking great care of us now, twice!

This service was used last month and I was not satisfied with my service. I was given an estimate of 5 hours and $583.00 for a move from a two bedroom to a Townhome of a 3 bedroom. I was told at the time of move it would be $95.00 an hour, and the CLOCK got MILKED on me it took 3 people a 12 HOURS to move me was not exception. I was not HAPPY!!!!!!!!!! I had budget for the $583.00. After YOU MOVE ME- I had to pay $1,225.00 owed for 12 1/2 hours with this company. If I would of been given the Correct Estimate up front and i verbally told the customer service person who took my call for the order of all the pieces in home for the move to have. If given the upfront cost to expect the pay of 1225.00 I would of been fine to pay, but this was not given or provided...which is FALSE TO GET YOU TO CHOOSE THEIR SERVICE- The owner did not want to work with me and threaten if not paid to leave everything in my garage until the full payment was made. I had the $500 paid in debit, and the remain a different form of payment the next day only available to pay the 725.00 differnece owed. The owner Josh when speaking and communicating with him was not respectful and unfortunately in return which does not make it right I got back disrespectful as well when he questioned my loyalty to pay the remaining funds owed which it took for me to have the money the next day. I understand their policy is cash or debit card, but back to what I was not satisfied with their customer service how he question the honesty to pay. Which I did but needed another day. But if I would of Been Given Upfront Estimate then I would of had all the funds to pay this day. The FALSE WAS TELLING ME A DIFFERENT AMOUNT FOR I WOULD GET THEIR SERVICE INSTEAD OF CHOOSING ANOTHER MOVING SERVICE. SO WATCH OUT PEOPLE FOR GIVING THE LOWER QUOTE THEN WHEN THEY SHOW UP THEY WILL SAY ITS $95.00 HOUR AND STRETCH OUT TIME TO MILK YOU OUT ON THE CLOCK FOR THEY CAN GET PAID MORE BY YOU AS THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE TO USE. THIS WAS NOT RIGHT. I paid my full due owed. I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!

This is in response to natashaleapeter below. Having issues with this website so I can't response directly.



Respectfully I must completely disagree with this post. The size of the truck we brought was based on an inventory of items given to us by the customer. We were told there would be 10-15 boxes and totes, 2 bedrooms worth of furniture and living room furniture. There were 70-80 boxes/totes and vastly more large items than was given on the initial inventory.



We understand that moving is difficult and sometimes things change last minute. This is why we specifically told the customer before we started doing anything that if it took 2 trips we would not change for the drive time to get back and forth between the location. This way she would not pay any additional money. This was satisfactory to the customer and we proceeded.



After working for 5 hours on the first load of items in extremely difficult circumstances, the customer refused to let us continue on the 2nd load of items and told us to leave. She has refused to pay us for the work we did. We came up with a very reasonable solution to a situation that was no fault of our own. We were repaid with a negative review and a non payment of the bill.



We honestly did everything we could to provide an exceptional experience and regret it didn't turn out that way.



For the record, we have an A rating with the BBB, not an F rating as this customers suggests.

Awesome moving experience. I was just moving a 1 bedroom apartment so it wasn't a complicated move, but Easy Moves did great work. They got in and out quickly for a great price and didn't damage anything. Couldn't ask for anything more.
