I have used Arbor Masters two different times and both experiences were fantastic. They offer competitive prices, responded promptly after I accepted their quotes, and cleaned up when they were done.

Work was completed professionally, timely and at exact cost as estimated. Crew eager to please and cleaned up site of remains from 3 locust and 1 hedge trees. thank you

Arbor Masters removed a large dead tree behind our garage by reaching over it using a bucket truck, saving the lawn from damage. Other trees were trimmed with care and precision and with my agreement so there were no surprises.

I have used Arbor Masters several times over the last four plus years for work like tree fertilization, removal, and trimming along with landscape trimming to building a landscape feature (rain garden rock feature). I have no reservations about leveraging them in future work at my property. The work has always been of great quality and Arbor Masters does a nice job of site clean up when done. In addition to having good experiences with the landscape and arborist staff the front office personnel have been very helpful and polite when taking care of the invoices.

We had our overgrown landscaping removed and a three tiered wall built with all new landscaping. The crew was always on time and cleaned up every night. I would recommend Arbor Masters to anyone. They do fantastic work.

After 18 years my Bradford pear dropped a large branch so I knew it was time to have the tree removed. With established landscape surrounding the tree, I anticipated a certain amount of damage. The crew showed up on schedule and began to carefully remove the tree. The next morning they returned to grind out the trunk and once completed did an excellent job of cleaning up. What surprised me most was that there was negligible damage to the surrounding landscape. In fact, several iris planted just inches from the trunk we left untouched. I could not have asked for better service.

So impressed with their promptness, follow up and clean up, not to mention the work done. Pricing was great . Very courteous. I will recommend them highly.

Chose Arbor Masters after getting six estimates to provide a long overdue trimming of a very large 60+ year old oak tree in my front yard. I was very impressed with the professional and knowledgeable personnel that provided the estimate and crew that completed the work. They removed a couple of very large limbs and thinned the overall canopy using a bucket truck (no spikes). Their cleanup left my property absolutely spotless including small twigs that landed on the roof and leaves on the lawn. I was extremely satisfied with the results and very reasonable price.

I wanted more sunlight on my grass underneath my huge Pin Oak in my front yard. Lisa McGrew from Arbor Masters Tree and Landscape provided me with an estimate to thin out key branches and remove a large, dead branch. The crews did an incredible job! They thinned the tree and removed the dead branch and hauled away all the debris! My neighbors were very impressed with the crews professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend Arbor Masters!

Arbor Masters took care of our tree needs in a very professional manner. We had worms attacking one of our trees, and they were able to come out quickly to treat the affected tree and also offered to spray another tree to ensure it would not be affected, as well. We highly recommend them.

Arbor Masters recently comjpleted some landscaping work that included moving a stone retaining wall, laying new dirt and mulch across the width of our backyard. We were very please with the qualify and timeliness of their work and will definately use them again. Thank you for your good work!

The crew foreman was very pleasant, well mannered, and answered all of our questions.

The guys greeted me outside, all smiling, wearing clean work clothes (not a lot of that in this world anymore).

They walked the yard, determined who would do what, and proceeded.

We watched out the windows in amazement. The job was *huge* but they kept “chipping” at it until it was done.

When done, the foreman walked us around the yard and we asked several questions. He was totally confident in his team’s work. We asked for a limb in the back yard to be removed, after they were done, but he confidently showed us that it would make the tree lopsided. Sure enough, we then saw what he was talking about!



Remembering that they were already done and ready to go, yard cleaned up very, very well too I might add, in the front yard, we also asked for another limb to be removed. He said he could, but he would recommend a matching branch on the other side of the tree be removed to keep it balanced. It took them a few minutes more, after they thought they were done, to remove these two limbs, chip them up, and clean up. No one complained. It was an awesome experience.



He handed us our packet in the plastic sleeve and we wrote him a check for the work. This team was great! If they aren’t already, I would definitely either promote them and/or consider asking them to help train new crews to perform this well!



I don’t know if you are supposed to, but we gave the guys a $20 bill and told them to buy a pop or something as it was so unbearably hot that day.

Arbor Masters have provided tree trimming and removal services for me on two occasions. Their representatives were professional, courteous, and provided documented confirmation of insurance coverage. They scheduled their work and cleaned up afterwards. More importantly, these guys have certified arborists that actually know how to trim trees - no dead stubs or topped branches. They have appropriate equipment and appeared to follow safety procedures. The price was reasonable and there was no hassling on the quoted price or the scope of work. They weren't available immediately following storm damage, but the wait was well worth while.
