First off, the staff are wonderful. I had a cleaning and my hygenist was awesome!! Now the bad part....went to appt this week to have some front fillings replaced. I am NOT one of those dentist-pusses, been through too much in my childhood/adulthood but I must admit, I now fear and HATE the thought of anymore dental work thanks to this dentist!!! Apparently she forgot how to use the right topical anesthetic as well as slowly inject Novocaine into the upper gumline so that one does not feel the needle being poked around. I had a panic attack and know that my blood pressure was probably off the charts....never once was there caring from dentist (even suggested maybe I find another dentist--YOU BET I WILL!!!) The woman who was chair assistant WAS very caring, asked several times how I was, if I was ok....As far as I'm concerned....get your teeth cleaned here but do not bother to let Dr Lynch do any drilling work.....run the other direction.
