Terrible company, have never been treated the way they have treated me in all my life. Attempted to speak to the president because the service was so awful with other employees and he was the worst most inconsiderate unprofessional one of them all. By far the worst company and service I have ever delt with. And always have a water contamination issue. You will have to boil your water before you can even brush your teeth with it. Disgusting company and property.

Completely disappointed by the service. Snow removal poorly done. My shrubs & grass look terrible. Plus everyone I have spoken to are rude!

Pmi is the worst company ever. They do things that border on fraud.When you call them with a problem it takes. weeks for them to return a voicemail.

I live at an apartment community managed by PMI and the service has been fantastic. Maintenance has fast turn around and the office is nice.

always harrasing tenants trying to be cops not there job never any tenant landlord meetings constant lying to tenants

If it was possible to give no stars I would. This is a terrible company they billed my family over $6000 dollars and threatened to credit report us for truly no reason. We were great tenants but had to move out early to do a child custody issue. The property was rented by other tenants immediately but they want the remaining balance. I am trying to find a lawyer to determine of this is even legal basedocuments on our lease. Never deal with this people or any of their properties.

Find them very hateful to rent under. Rules are not fair and I do not think they are legal to make these rules stick. You feel like you are in jail instead of a home you are trying to make for yourself. They "HATE PETS". They are not in HUD rules either.

Lip Service, Their word means nothing! Rules are not administered fairly!

Bad bad bad exprience less than star

They target certain homeowners and let others go without notices. The association is lousy. This company is forcing me to power wash my townhouse in cold weather and I bet they will make me power wash it in the Spring again. Certain residents who know board members get a free ride while the rest of us get targeted. Find someone else to fine and target.

Renter Beware - I have had nothing but issues with this property management from day one including trying to get my washer fixed, accounting dept messing up my rent, and the grounds keepers not mowing the yard timely resulting in very high grass. I would warn everyone to stay as far away as possible from anyone associated with the name PMI. They are in control of a lot of places and are horrible at what they do.
