Unlike most title insurance agencies, Assured Land Transfers makes sure that an attorney is present to conduct every closing in order to make sure the interests of the buyer is protected at no additional expense. All rates for title insurance are set by the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission. The premium is paid at closing.
