Where to begin, where to begin...Let's start at their retail outlet. I drove more than an hour to get to their store because based on their website and a call to their store, they seemed to have an enormous selection of in-stock models and RC Kits. I arrive at the store and it is staffed by about 6 teens, none of which gave a care about anything. The selection was pathetic. Our local Michaels craft store had more models and RC stuff than this place. The store is divided into a number of sections (Toys, Doll Houses, Models, etc) and all the sections are absolutely terrible.So, now, I am justifiably a little upset after driving all the way out here under false pretense of huge selections. I ask why their on-line store has so many items, all with prices that are literally too good to be true (example, a model kit that is normally $50 they had for only $12), and I ask why, if the items ship from this store, don't they have them in stock at this store. The girl tells me she has no clue, but that I can order the items from their on-line store for the prices advertised and she assured me they were in-stock. So, I order them on their on-line store. BIG MISTAKE.Let's just say at this point you can read other reviews about their "on line store". I have doubts that it even exists to do anything but take your money. They don't send any type of email confirmation for your order, they don't respond to emails to their customer service, and they don't answer their phone. Opening a complaint with my credit card company is about all I can do at this point.

I discovered this business a couple of years ago when they were over by Toys R Us. I was amazed how much stuff they could pack into that little store over there. But now they're kiddy corner by the chase and frugal muse. I'm a long time customer and go frequently. Their new store is even more amazing then it was before and I find something new every time I go. I mainly go in for the models, puzzles and Remote Control sections. Their customer service goes above and beyond the norm. Especially if I'm having troubles with my R/C helicopters and R/C cars. Definitely worth a stop in to check it out.

Stopped in for some hobby paint and found they carried Warhammer and Warhammer 40k figures, paints and accessories. Very happy to see that someone other than Games Workshop carries this great hobby.

What a fun and cool store! You will have to look hard to find a store with this atmosphere! It's kind of like FAO Schwartz! There are giant plush animals, a large dragon and a big train that circles around above you! There are tons of different toys that you have probably never seen before! If you are nearby and looking for a gift for a child, definitely stop in!

The store had a wide range of products and the store was neat and clean. My main issue was that everything was over priced, and the employees seemed to be bothered to assist me looking at products in a locked case. They keep the train engines in a locked case, and they have the price tag UNDERNEATH the box, so it is really hard to see. I did NOT like that shadiness. The employees were also sneaking around watching my every move. which I found very rude and bothersome. They thought I couldn't see them out of the corner of my eyes!Also be aware that their return policy is terrible, as it is for in-store credit only!

I have been there six times and have never had any issues. Good prices on SCX digital product. I highly recomend them.

This place is so quaint and amazing. It's not like Toys R Us because its so small and well-kept and filled with cool merchandise and has amazing help. It's not like Hobby Lobby because people haven't pooped on the floor in the bathroom.

I went to this hobby shop and saw no employees when I walked in and when I needed help to get something out of a locked case please be advised that you will be wasting your time here
