I just came back from the Union Bank in Lemon Grove, California 91945. I will NEVER return to that bank again! I am seriously considering closing out my account and banking elsewhere. I was in the drive-up teller for over 20 minutes before getting help. There was absolutely NO ONE else in line, just me. 10 minutes into my wait another car pulled up and got processed before me. Not until I pressed the ?Call Teller? button did someone acknowledge me. This poor service has happen to me several times. My company, closed their account several years ago because of the same lack of customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
