Jose, was horrible in customer service. Took customers in front of me, told me their transaction didnt take as long, then copped an attitude When i objected. Unprofessionally, shook his head at me as if i was in the wrong for objecting. More interested in ingratiating himself with female trainee than providing customer service. Omar is excellent but movIng to barrio logan store.go there, this store will be lost without him. Long wait times in store, but Omar spends time.with customer to get the right phone.
