What a blessing!

I called another glass business before calling this one and I wasn't given the treatment i deserved as a customer, so I decided to call this business instead. From the moment he answered the phone until the moment I got my finished glass in my hands, I walked away feeling blessed. He guided me thru the process on how to remove the window rather than charging me to send someone out. He gave me options and that is how a business should be ran! Customers are not always right, but given the proper respect and level of care, is enough to satisfy me as a customer. Thank you!!
