I was unfortunate enough to have a main line clogged to where my upstairs washing machine was causing my downstairs toilet and sinks to gurgle and overflow. I called 6 places to get quotes and was shocked at the estimates and availability (appts scheduled several days out). I then posted a referral request on our neighborhood's Nextdoor account and was referred to Cape Fear Rooter. They quickly set-up a same day appt, provided a call in advance of arrival, and were professional to-a-T upon arrival. They made sure the job got done right, in a timely manner, with excellent sanitation practices, and were very affordable (from 35-45% under the other 6 companys' estimates). They were very friendly and didn't mind showing me things and answering questions. They also stood by their work with a guarantee. I don't plan on calling around anymore in the future. Cape Fear Rooter's shown they are the whole package on my checklist of what I look for so I now just consider them my family's plumber.
