I had ok dealings with this business, until I got a bad cartridge. We had to bring the bad one back, they blamed it on us. Said we did something wrong. We had to wait for them to fix it and return for a 2nd trip, Or 3rd if you count picking it up the first time. This one was also bad. We called and they were rude. they said we would have to bring that one back and they would just give us our money back. I asked for a good replacement to be shipped to us, but they refused.
